Napoleon Gas Appliance President’s Lifetime Limited Warranty

The following materials and workmanship in your new Napoleon gas appliance are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance. This covers the combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless/steel burner, Phazer™ logs and embers, rocks, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold-plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components, and aluminum extrusion trims.*

Electrical (110V and millivolt) components and wearable parts are covered and Napoleon will provide replacement parts free of charge during the first year of the limited warranty. This covers blowers, gas valves, thermal switches, switches, wiring, remote controls, ignitors, gaskets, and pilot assemblies.*

Labor related to warranty repair is covered free of charge during the first year (labor warranty is not applicable for the Gas Log Sets). Repairing work, however, requires the prior approval of an authorized company official. Labor costs to the account of Napoleon are based on a predetermined rate schedule and any repair work must be done through an authorized Napoleon dealer. *

The construction of models varies. Warranty applies only to components included with your specific appliance.

Napoleon Wood Appliances President’s Lifetime Limited Warranty

The following materials and workmanship in your new Napoleon Wood Appliance are warranted against defects for as long as you own the appliance. For pellet appliances, this covers the pellet hopper, outer shell, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only) and ash drawer.*

For wood appliances, this covers the combustion chamber, heat exchanger, stainless steel baffle retainer, ceramic glass (thermal breakage only), gold plated parts against tarnishing, porcelainized enameled components, aluminum extrusion trims, vortex baffles, ash drawer, iron castings.*

For pellet appliances, the combustion chamber and heat exchanger are warranted against defects for a period of 5 years. Wood appliances equipped with a guillotine door/screen system, are warranted against defects for a period of 5 years. Electrical (110V) components and wearable parts are covered and Napoleon will provide replacement parts free of charge during the first year of the limited warranty. For pellet appliances, this covers blowers, thermal switches, and burn pots.*

For wood appliances, this covers blowers, thermal switches, switches, wiring, fi-rebrick, secondary air tubes, and gasketing.*

Labor related to warranty repair is covered free of charge during the first year, with the exception of the guillotine door/ screen system which will be warranted for a period of 3 years. Repairing work, however, requires the prior approval of an authorized company official. Labor costs to the account of Napoleon are based on a predetermined rate schedule and any repair work must be done through an authorized Napoleon dealer. For appliances that include fi rebricks and baffles, they should routinely be removed by the operator as part of the regular service and therefore, any warranty replacement of these parts does not qualify for any labor allowances. *

Napoleon Electric Appliance Premium Warranty

Electrical components and wearable parts are covered and Napoleon will provide replacement parts free of charge during the first 2 years of premium warranty. This covers fan/heaters, motors, switches, nylon bearing components, remote controls, and LED lights.*

Light bulbs and fuses are NOT covered by the warranty. In the first year only, any labor related to warranty repair is covered. *
